At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order for the desired item.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for personalized or custom-made items. These items are specially made to order and cannot be resold. Please ensure that all customization details are accurate before placing your order.

9. Can I cancel or return my order within the European Union?

If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. Please note that the item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

10. How long does it take to receive my order?

The delivery time varies depending on the product and the shipping destination. Generally, it takes 7-20 business days for orders to be delivered. However, please note that due to unforeseen circumstances such as customs delays or peak holiday seasons, delivery times may be longer. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
